Top producers of Indian cinema Allu Aravind, Madhu Mantena and Namit Malhotra are joining hands for a prestigious film Ramayana, the periodic epic. The film will be made on a lavish budget and the pre-production work of the film is on from the past one year. An official announcement stepped out recently and the regular shoot of Ramayana commences next year.
As per the update, Ram Charan was considered for the role of Rama and the actor clarified that he has no time for periodic dramas. He said that his focus is on RRR and has enough interesting projects lined up. Now, the makers are busy finalizing the lead actors and technicians. Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udyawar will direct Ramayana which will be shot in 3D and will release in three parts.
