Akhil and Nidhhi Agerwal
Music and Background Score
Dragged Second Half
Akhil Akkineni tops the show with his flawless performance throughout. He looks energetic and his screen presence, dance moves have been top notch. Nidhhi Agerwal definitely delivered her best as Nikky and looks perfect in the assignment. Rao Ramesh has been good and Naga Babu has been decent. Priyadarshi and Hyder Adi had enough scope to entertain the audience. All the other actors looked good and performed well.
Mr Majnu has a lean and predictable plot. The screenplay and dialogues looked ok and some of dialogues have been impressive. SS Thaman’s music and background score are the major highlights of Mr Majnu and the cinematography work looked decent. The grand production values make Mr Majnu a visual feast. Venky Atluri is ok with his work and Mr Majnu will end up as his decent work.
Mr Majnu fails to stand on the top because of the predictable and dragged second half. The first half along with the performances and technical aspects make Mr Majnu a decent one time watch.
